Sascha is co-founder and managing director of the Soulvillas Group and brings with him many years of experience as a developer and builder for both commercial and private real estate in Germany. He has lived and worked in Mallorca since 1998, where he has specialized in the development, construction and marketing of construction projects in the luxury segment. His extensive expertise and deep understanding of the real estate market in Mallorca have earned him an outstanding reputation in the industry.

In 2014, he founded the Soulvillas Group together with Anja Peter, which is dedicated to the development and realization of exclusive, feel-good luxury properties in prime locations. Under his leadership, the Soulvillas Group has successfully implemented numerous prestigious projects and established itself as a leading provider in the luxury real estate market.

Sascha's areas of activity include project management, project development, sales and management.
