Has a project that's been offered already been completed?
That depends on the specific offer. Existing properties, approved projects, and planned turnkey homes each have different starting points. Before you make a decision, we’ll explain the current status and the specific scope of the offer.
What should I prepare for a project meeting?
It would be helpful to provide the location, the nature of the project, an approximate budget, and your desired timeline. If available, we can then review plans and other documents together.
