Discuss search requestsHere's How to Refine Your Search
The clearer your preferences are, the more precisely we can tailor our selection for you. When creating your search criteria, distinguish between essential requirements and features for which you’re open to alternatives. These may include the number of bedrooms, outdoor spaces, a home office, or the desired proximity to specific locations.
Living the Way You Want
Describe how you plan to use the property. A permanent residence may have different priorities than a vacation home for hosting guests. Also consider everyday life: walking paths, access, storage space, and the level of maintenance you’re willing to handle. This information helps you meaningfully compare very different properties.
Your budget and time frame will further guide your search. If you’d like to explore different locations first, you can note that in your search request. It’s also helpful to indicate whether you prefer an existing property or are open to a new construction project.
What happens after I submit a request?
We’ll review the information you’ve provided and clarify any outstanding questions regarding your selection. The search request marks the start of our personalized consultation; details regarding a specific offer will then be reviewed based on the relevant property information. If your preferences change during the search, we can work together to adjust them accordingly.
At the same time, you can browse our real estate listings. If you’re planning your own construction project, it’s worth taking a look at our available lots and projects. Please feel free to direct any questions about your search to our real estate contact.
