Sol Royal

Sol Royal combines an extraordinary history with a modern Mediterranean villa by the sea. Its character stems from the interplay of its royal past, privacy, and a clean, contemporary living concept.

Background

The original estate was built for Pilar de Borbón, the sister of former Spanish King Juan Carlos. The coats of arms from the old house have been preserved and give the entrance area of the new villa a distinctive connection to this history. The peaceful, south-facing property is located one block from the beach in Sol de Mallorca.

Concept and Implementation

The newly built villa reinterprets the original architectural style with open spaces and a strong connection to the garden and the sea. The view, spacious private areas, and energy-efficient technology—including solar panels—create a living experience that bridges the past and the present.
