Background

The existing villa, located in one of Palma's established residential neighborhoods, offered the potential for new spatial relationships and additional living space. The character of the house was to remain recognizable.

Concept and Implementation

Soulvillas developed the design in collaboration with architect Pedro Bauzá. Planned expansions, carefully selected materials, and modern building systems are intended to create a peaceful, spacious living environment, with rooms tailored to the owners’ lifestyle.
